WINDSOR LOCKS-WINDSOR, CT — I had the pleasure of canvassing the 60 th district (Windsor/Windsor Locks) with Len Walker for the last several weeks. As we went door-to-door, I learned a lot about the man running for State Representative. For one thing, he is committed to getting to know his constituents because they are his neighbors. He listens with the intent to understand their concerns, frustrations and to offer them practical answers. It is important to him they know he is listening, and they are being heard because he wants to be their voice in Hartford.
A passionate family man, Len took great enjoyment in connecting with families in the area. The concerns of families are high on his list of priorities which he will bring with him into the state government. Len is an involved community member. He knows what is going on in our schools. He is aware of utilities and transportation issues burdening all of us.
Hearing Len talk with the residents helped me realize why he is such an effective member of the Windsor town council. He is someone who works for progress through discussion and diplomacy, and he often sees his efforts pay off. These qualities will make Len a valuable delegate for the people of the 60th district.

Like many, Len is dissatisfied with the state government, because he sees firsthand as a town counselor how Hartford’s consistently poor performance has hurt all of us. Len Walker wants to make a difference for the people of Windsor and Windsor Locks, and to fix Connecticut, it starts with a state representative like Len Walker. Please join me in voting for him on Tuesday, November 8th.
