LETTER: Len Walker Wants Education System To Go Back To Basics
Opinions expressed are those of the letter writer and do not necessarily reflect the views of Patch Media. Opposing viewpoints are welcomed.

WINDSOR LOCKS-WINDSOR, CT — Len Walker is the only candidate willing to speak out clearly for parental rights, medical freedom, and safe communities. I agree with Len; the American education system needs to get back to basics so future generations can be successful. The focus should be developing skills our children need to excel in life. We require more transparency from the schools regarding the curriculum they are teaching.
Teachers should teach our children educational skills, and parents will teach them the rest. Let families, not schools, decide how to discuss sensitive sex education issues with young children.
On November 8th, remember Len Walker is the 60th District's choice for parental rights, academic excellence, and safe communities. Residents of the 60th district deserve a representative who will go to bat for them and their families in Hartford and not “another rubber stamp” for Gov. Lamont.
