UPDATE: Man With Dementia Missing In Windsor Now Safe, Report

WINDSOR, CT — Local police were looking for a missing 80-year-old male who was recently diagnosed with dementia, but he has now been found safe, according to reports.

WVIT Channel 30, citing the Windsor Police Department, said the man was found in a wooded area not far from his home late Tuesday morning.

According to the Windsor Police Department, the man was last seen in the area of Becker Circle in Windsor.

Police said he had recently been diagnosed with dementia.
