October 11
Robert Peterson, 44, of 26 Merriman Road in Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Sean McQuade, 30, of 239 Old Farms Road in Avon, was charged with risk of injury to a child, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and failure to meet state motor vehicle insurance requirements.
October 12
Lawrence Dufraine, 70, of 69 Trail Haven Drive in Londonberry, N.H., was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
October 14
Michael Inkel, 56, of 28 Pine Grove Road in Bloomfield, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to obey a control signal and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration.
