Sept. 9
Peter Fusco, 27, of 30 Brook Street in Hamden, was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, sixth-degree larceny, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, reckless driving, failure to obey a control signal and disobeying the signal of an officer.
Sept. 10
Michelle Charette, 39, of 7 Culvert Street in Torrington, was charged with second-degree forgery and larceny.
