WINDSOR, CT — A two-dollar investment in a CT Lottery ticket turned out to be a bonanza for a lucky Windsor resident who parlayed that pair of George Washingtons into an enormous pile of Ben Franklins.

The winner, who opted to remain anonymous, won a cash prize of $390,000 in the CT Lottery's Lucky For Life game. The valuable ticket was purchased at the Turnpike Package Store on Route 75 in Windsor Locks.

The winnings were claimed Thursday, according to the CT Lottery website.
