WINDSOR, CT - A Windsor resident is $60,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 9, Ronnie Alexander, of Windsor, purchased a KENO ticket from the Deerfield Package in Windsor and won $60,000.
