WINDSOR, CT — The upcoming weekend of Super Bowl festivities will likely be even more enjoyable for a Windsor resident, who cashed in a winning KENO ticket worth $250,000.

The lucky winner, who opted to remain anonymous, struck it rich on a ticket bought at Sam's Quick Stop on Asylum Street in Hartford. The winnings were claimed Tuesday, according to the CT Lottery website.

The CT Lottery routinely publishes winnings of $10,000 or more as public record.
