Windsor Smoke Shop Sells $25,000 Winning Scratch Ticket
The lucky winner purchased a high-yielding scratch ticket at the retailer on Poquonock Avenue in Windsor.
WINDSOR, CT — A local retailer recently sold a CT Lottery scratch ticket worth $25,000 to a lucky player.
The winner, an East Hartford resident who opted to remain anonymous, bought the 200X ticket for $20 at the Windsor Smoke Shop at 82 Poquonock Avenue. The winnings were claimed Friday, according to the CT Lottery website.
The CT Lottery routinely publishes winnings of $10,000 or more as public record.
