Windsor Woman Hits Top Prize In CT Lottery Scratch Game
A three-dollar scratch ticket proved to be worth $30,000 to a lucky lottery player from Windsor.
WINDSOR, CT — A local resident recently turned a $3 investment in a CT Lottery scratch ticket into the game's highest prize of $30,000.
The winner, identified merely as Susan W. of Windsor on the lottery website, purchased her lucky Break The Bank ticket at the Stop & Go Food Mart on Park Avenue in Bloomfield. She claimed her bonanza Tuesday, according to the website.
The CT Lottery posts information about wins of $10,000 or more as public record.
