CT Lottery Ticket Worth More than $400,000 To Windsor Locks Resident

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A CT Lottery player from Windsor Locks recently invested $10 in a FastPlay Stacks of Ca$h Progressive ticket, and walked away with a windfall more than 40,000 times that amount.

The lucky ticket, purchased at Sam's Quick Stop on Asylum Street in Hartford, yielded a payout of $428,382. The winner, who opted to remain anonymous, claimed the prize Friday, according to the CT Lottery website.

The CT Lottery publishes winnings of $10,000 or more as public record.
