Drivers who win their class at the state level can compete in the national competition, which will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana from Aug. 16-20.

The state and national competitions provide professional truck drivers an opportunity to demonstrate their driving skills and safety expertise.

Championships encompass three parts – a challenging driving course, a pre-trip inspection and a written examination which covers vehicle operation and knowledge of federal safety regulations.

Full eligibility requirements can be found here, and drivers can register here.
