William Jones, 34, of 16 Enfield St., Hartford, is charged with driving an unregisterd motor vehicle, driving without insurance and failing to carry a driver's license.
An unidentified juvenile is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Wendolois Grande-Claros, 19, of 57 North St., Enfield, is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Angela Lynn Mangino, 43, of 29 Stinson Place, Windsor, is charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and two counts of violation of probation.

Warren Wilson, 62, of 166 Homestead Ave., Hartford, is charged with driving with a suspended license.
Timothy Sanderson, 31, of 27 Pleasant St., East Windsor, is charged with driving with a suspended license and failing to drive a reasonable distance apart.
