Saturday, Feb. 1

Gervais Barger, 38, of Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault on an elderly victim and second-degree reckless endangerment, 3:56 a.m.

Monday, Feb. 3

Yoselin G. Valentin, 18, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:20 a.m.

Isabella M. Guarino, 18, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:20 a.m.

Charles Griswold, 32, of Agawam, Mass., was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, violating a protective order and third-degree assault, 6:15 p.m.

Katharina E. Ehlinger, 60, of Windsor Locks, was charged with violating a protective order, 4:04 p.m.

Ryan J. Daley, 34, of Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and operating under suspension, 10:27 a.m.

Friday, Feb. 7
