Mansa M. Muhammad, 40, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault on an elderly victim, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer, 8:12 p.m.

Christopher Frank, 39, of Windsor Locks, was charged with first-degree possession of child sex abuse material, 10:17 a.m.
