Windsor Locks Man Charged With Possessing Child Sex Abuse Material

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A local resident was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with first-degree possession of child sexual abuse material.

Christopher Frank, 39, is currently being held in lieu of $150,000 bond at the Hartford Correctional Center, Lt. Paul Cherniack said. He is slated to appear in Hartford Superior Court March 17, according to judicial records.

In October, Enfield police received a cyber tip reporting child sexual exploitation. Windsor Locks police worked in conjunction with Enfield authorities, and electronic evidence investigation revealed Frank was in possession of child pornography using different electronic apps, Cherniack said.

A total of 65 photos and two videos depicting "lascivious behavior" were found, Cherniack said.
