August 2
Jacob Baker, 24, of 274 Scantic Road in East Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.
August 1
Joseph Fuoco, 50, of 10 Helena Lane in Windsor Locks, was charged with driving under the influence, using a cell phone while driving, failure to obey stop sign, failure to carry license, failure to carry registration or insurance card.
