2 Men Charged In 2016 Wilmington Murder Case: Police
Terrance Kinard, 34, was shot and killed in May 2016. Six years later, two have been charged in connection with his death, police said.

WILMINGTON, DE — Two men have been charged in connection with a 2016 murder dubbed a cold case by Wilmington police, authorities said.
Murad Diggs, 39, and Raheem Brown, 33, are both charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of 34-year-old Terrance Kinard, Wilmington police said in a statement.
On May 7, 2016, just after 6:20 p.m., police were called to the 1400 block of West Third Street for a shooting. Officers found Kinard, who had been shot and later died from his injuries.

A New Castle County grand jury indicted Diggs and Brown on Aug. 15. They were arrested three days later, police said.
Diggs is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution and Burrow at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center. Arraignment is pending for both men, police said.
