PUBLIC NOTICE: Board Vacancy in Nominating District F- Revised Posting

Due to a technical issue, the Christina Board of Education has extended the application deadline for the board vacancy to Friday, November 14.

The Christina School District Board of Education is accepting applications for community members to fill the vacant Nominating District F seat through June 30, 2026. Interested candidates may submit a letter of interest and resume by 4:30 pm on November 14, 2025.

• Align resources to goals
• Monitor performance data
• Maintain accountability and trust
• Commit to self-improvement

• Must be a citizen of the United States and Delaware and live in the school district
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Residency within Nominating District F
• Cannot be a paid employee of the district subject to rules & regulations of the board
• Must never have been convicted of embezzlement

• Criminal Background Check and Child Protection Registry Consent Form
• Resume
• Letter of interest outlining: (1) Why you are seeking a seat on the Board of Education and (2) what you hope to accomplish as a board member
