FL Preschool Teacher Indicted On Child Pornography Charges
Trevor Alec Hruby, 24, has been charged with four counts of production of child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.

GAINESVILLE, FL — A federal grand jury has indicted a Florida preschool teacher on multiple child pornography charges, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida recently announced.
Trevor Alec Hruby, 24, of Gainesville has been charged with four counts of production of child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.
According to the indictment, between December 2020 and September 2021, Hruby produced and possessed material containing child pornography. Authorities said the pornographic material found in Hruby’s possession involved minors under the age of 12.

He remains behind bars at the Alachua County Jail.
The case was investigated by the Gainesville Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Hruby's trial is set for Aug. 3, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. at the United States courthouse in Gainesville, prosecutors said.
Authorities said Hruby is also facing separate, related state charges, which are being prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office for 8th Judicial Circuit.
According to The Alachua Chronicle, Hruby was arrested last year and accused of sexually battering two 3-year-olds at a preschool.
