David “Troy” Hood of Riverview died April 28, on his 41st birthday.
He is survived by his parents, Gary and Janie Hood; daughters Brittany and Ashley Hood; son Dalton Hood; stepson Kaleb Sarmiento; girlfriend Amanda Sarmiento; brothers Greg and Brian Hood; nephews Gatlin, Austin, Matthew and Michael Hood.
Troy was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed manatee watching with his sons.

A visitation for family & friends will be held Sunday, May 5 from 2-4 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home in Riverview.
