Man, 22, Killed In Lithia Pinecrest Road Crash

One man was killed and two injured during a three-vehicle crash on Lithia Pinecrest Road Monday morning.

LITHIA, FL — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Monday morning crash on Lithia Pinecrest Road that resulted in one death and two injuries.

According to the sheriff’s office, Aaron Kent, 22, of Lithia was driving east on Lithia Pinecrest Road around 6:18 a.m. March 6. At that time, Nicholas Andrlik, 20, of Lithia was heading west in a Dodge Ram pickup.

Deputies say Kent attempted to turn his Chevrolet pickup into the Marathon gas station at 11211 Lithia Pinecrest Road but went into Andrlik’s path. The two trucks collided head-on, the sheriff’s office said in an email.

Kent died at the scene, the sheriff’s office reported. Andrlik was taken to a local hospital with injuries that are serious but not life-threatening, the sheriff's office said. Brady was taken by a family member to a local hospital.
