• First High-End Office Project in Decades Kicks Off in Downtown Boca Raton (tapinto.net) — A major new chapter for downtown Boca Raton is underway as developers break ground on The Aletto, a 140,000-square-foot mixed-use project at Sanborn Square with Class-A offices, retail, and dining. Located on East Palmetto Park Road near Mizner Park and Brightline, it promises new jobs, modern workspaces, and a large parking garage designed to ease traffic impacts.
   

• Palm Beach 7A-5A football offensive player of the year: Javian Mallory, West Boca Raton senior (sun-sentinel.com) — A standout season from West Boca Raton High School running back Javian Mallory helped the Bulls capture a second straight state football championship, with Mallory earning title-game MVP honors. After missing last year with injury, the senior UM signee rushed for 117 yards and three touchdowns in a 31-0 win, cementing a historic back-to-back run for a Palm Beach County public school.
