The City will provide a local match not to exceed $9.9 million with an additional match to be funded by Brightline.
The $46 million facility is anticipated to open in mid-2022.
The City will fund most of the of the design and construction of a 455-car parking garage for train guests and the public.
These construction projects are part of the more extensive I-95 Express Lanes project currently in progress in Boca Raton and Delray.
The bridge will remain in the open position for marine traffic during this time.
The Department of Transportation does not predict any lane closures until the week of August 26.
