The evolving proposal near the Brightline station now includes hundreds of residences, condos, offices, a hotel, and a reimagined Memorial Park, potentially reshaping traffic and daily life around downtown.

Boca Raton Proposes Stricter Rules for the Sale or Lease of City-Owned Land (tapinto.net) — Boca Raton officials are weighing a new ordinance that would require public hearings and written findings before any large city-owned parcel can be sold or leased.
