Vale Food Co Opening Eighth Location In Boca Raton As Brand Expands

BOCA RATON, FL - Vale Food Co is expanding to Boca Raton and is set to open to the public on Monday, Sep. 11, making it the eighth location to open in Florida. Vale is dedicated to the values of health, quality food, sustainability and community.

Menu items include Smashed Avocado Toast; Chia Pudding; Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl; Açai Smoothie; Dragonfruit Lemonade. Bowl options include Sweet Earth Bowl, Out of This World Bowl and Great South Bowl.

The concept offers a health-conscious dining journey offering protein, açai and poke bowls as well as a full beverage and bakery selection. The indoor 25-seat dining room is filled with dark brown wood dining tables with shades of gold, black, green and tropical accents and lounge areas. The new location also offers an outdoor 20-seat patio for guests.
