24-Year-Old Man Found Dead In Bradenton

BRADENTON, FL — A 24-year-0ld man was found dead shortly before 2 p.m. Monday afternoon in a empty field off 26th Street west in Bradenton.

The victim was identified as Nardiel Ettienne Negron-Mojica, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Officials said the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office and The Gold Star Club of Manatee County are offering a reward of $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case.

"The fire department responded first and it was obvious that the victim was deceased," a spokesperson for the sheriff's office explained. "When deputies arrived it was apparent that the victim had trauma to his upper body and died under suspicious circumstances."

The sheriff's office said detectives were following several leads in the case on Tuesday but did not provide further details.
