4 Teens Destroyed Public Bathroom At Rossi Park: Bradenton Police

The 4 teens were charged with felonies after damaging sinks, toilets and urinals at a bathroom along Bradenton Riverwalk, police said.

BRADENTON, FL — Four teenagers ages 14 to 16 face felony mischief charges after destroying the men’s bathroom at Rossi Park last month, Bradenton police wrote in a Facebook post.

Officers responded to the bathroom on Bradenton’s Riverwalk on Jan. 10 around 9 p.m.

Witnesses reported hearing “shattering” in the bathroom and saw the four teens leaving the facility, police said.

Officers found damage to four sinks, two toilets and two urinals.

Security camera footage shows the teens arriving on bicycles, entering the bathroom and leaving it a few minutes later, police said.

All four teens were arrested and detained at the Juvenile Assessment Center.

They were each charged with criminal mischief resulting in damages exceeding $1,000, a third-degree felony.
