2. The closure of 30th Street West between Manatee Avenue and Sixth Avenue West will continue until 3:30 p.m. Wednesday for the repair of a fire hydrant and water line.

4. The Manatee County Health Department is hosting wellness screenings today from 8-11 a.m. Tuesday at its office at 410 6th Ave. E. The $40 health risk assessment will measure blood pressure, height and weight and include a complete metabolic panel (blood sugar, liver and kidney function) and lipid panel (cholesterol and triglycerides). 5. Tickets for the State College of Florida production of "Terror By Gaslight" will go on sale Tuesday. The play, written by Tim Kelly and directed by Dean Anthony, is set in early 19th-century Philadelphia and tells the story of Dr. Cyrus Norton as he trains a group of young surgeons while concealing his involvement with unsavory grave robbers.
