BRADENTON, FL — A $5,000 reward has been issued in the case of a missing woman in Bradenton, authorities said.

Caitlyn Sandt, now 19, last contacted her family in late October and was reported missing in November, Bradenton police said in a news release.

She stands 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs about 125 pounds.

Sandt also has brown hair and blue eyes, a scar between her eyes, a strawberry birthmark on the bottom of her neck, and scars on both thighs.
