Crime Stoppers of Manatee County is seeking community partners for the event.

Crime Stoppers of Manatee County is pleased to announce it has partnered with the DeSoto Square Mall for this year’s 13th Annual Halloween Safe Kids Night. The event will be held on Halloween, Monday October 31st, 2016 from 5:30pm – 8:30pm at the DeSoto Square Mall in Bradenton. The event is free for the public to attend and there will be plenty of fun and candy for the whole family. Visit www.ManateeCrimeStoppers.com for more details.
This well established event consistently attracts over 3000 children & families and because this year’s event is at the DeSoto Square Mall, a centralized venue with businesses in addition to community organizations, we anticipate another well attended event this year.

This event provides children and families with a safe alternative for “Trick or Treating”. Rather than going door to door, families can visit the DeSoto Square Mall and enjoy an enhanced Halloween experience. Crime Stoppers is providing a venue with plenty of supervision, games, activities, and candy while also promoting public safety & community services available to families.

Although the event is 6 weeks away, the space made available for the event at the DeSoto Square Mall, provides more room for businesses, community groups, churches, civic organizations & government agencies to participate as a “Booth Host” or event partner. Manatee CrimeStoppers is actively seeking additional booth hosts and event partners at this time. Participation as a “Booth Host” is free to non-profit, civic, community and religious organizations. Any organization interested in participating in this event is encouraged to contact Manatee CrimeStoppers via email atinfo@ManateeCrimeStoppers.com or by calling the Manatee CrimeStoppers administrative line at 792-2732.
