Armed Robbery Reported at Sabal Cove Apartments
The Manatee County Sheriff reports that suspects surrounded a vehicle at the gate to the apartment complex.
The Manatee County Sheriff is reporting that a driver was robbed at gunpoint at the entrance gate to the Sabal Cove Apartments, 3220 54th Drive East.
According to a Sheriff's Office report, the suspects' vehicle pulled up behind the victim's car. Several people surrounded the victim's vehicle.
According to the report, one suspect pointed a gun at the driver and took his wallet. The suspects then fled the area. No one was injured in the incident.
