Couple Arrested After Rendezvous on Bradenton Beach
Jose Caballero and Elissa Alvarez will stand before a judge next month after police say they had sex in front of a child on Cortez Beach.
Police say a man and a woman were arrested after the two were caught having sex in front of spectators on a beach.
Jose Caballero, 39, and Elissa Alvarez, 20, were caught Sunday night around 8 p.m. on Cortez Beach in Bradenton Beach, The Bradenton Herald reported.
According to the Herald story, several witnesses told police they saw the two being intimate with one another and eventually having sex on the public beach.

When Bradenton Beach police arrived, Emily Hall, a witness, complained about the couple “having intercourse” in front of her four-year-old daughter, The Smoking Gun reports.
Public records show Caballero and Alvarez were released on bail Monday from Manatee County Central Jail, each on a $7,500 bond.

The Smoking Gun reported the two are scheduled to stand before a judge Aug. 8 for the charges.
