East Bradenton Man Shot to Death Early Thursday Morning
The 26-year-old was killed as his sister watched.

A 26-year-old man was killed in front of his sister early Thursday morning after two gunmen forced their way into their house and robbed the residence, according to the Manatee County Sheriff.
James Collins and his 28-year-old sister arrived at their house in the 2500 block of Third Street East at around 3:30 a.m Thursday, Sept. 8. They were met by the suspects, who forced their way into the house, according to the sheriff's report. Once inside one of the suspects shot Collins. His sister was not injured.

The suspects took money and then left, the report stated.
