Friday, August 19 at 2:30 p.m., please join the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting for Bradenton's newest bakery, Edible Elegance by Eli. Edible Elegance by Eli is kicking off their grand opening celebration with a ribbon cutting ceremony with reception to follow. This fantastic event is taking place at 3737 Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton.

More exciting celebrations to continue on Saturday, August 20th. Edible Elegance by Eli will be opening the doors from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm to the public for the first time!! They will have delicious fresh cupcakes, cake pops, cookies and more! The first 100 guests will get a free gift with any purchase. There will be special events throughout the day. You will find flavors such as Dark Chocolate Raspberry and everyone’s favorite Peanut Butter Cup cupcakes, also some of the best gourmet chocolate chip cookies you’ve ever tasted! About Us: Edible Elegance by Eli is a custom designer bakery specializing in lavish birthday cakes, trendy cake pops and designer logo and sugar cookies. Eli Pavelski is the owner and designer. Eli began her cottage food bakery from her home in St Petersburg over 5 years ago. She quickly began selling cupcakes during special holidays at the Red Barn Flea Market. Working her way up, she has provided platters of sweet treats to a number of distinguished folks. You may recognize her tasty work from the Bradenton Area Riverwalk Regatta earlier this year.
