Lucky Duck Race for PACE

After a very successful race in 2010, mascot Quacky is bringing her ducklings back to Bradenton for the second annual Lucky Ducky Race for PACE!  At least 10,000 ducks will race down the Manatee River at the Bradenton Yacht Club in a benefit for PACE Center for Girls.

It's free to attend and come cheer for the ducks as they race down the path. For $5, the public can sponsor a duck and enter to win prizes including free groceries for a year.

The event opens at 6 p.m., with the race to follow at around 7.
