15-Year-Old Fatally Shot In Bradenton: Police
Detectives are investigating an overnight fatal shooting that left a 15-year-old dead in Bradenton, police said.

BRADENTON, FL — The victim in an overnight homocide in the 400 block of 11th Avenue E. has been identified as 15-year-old Kayvon Dunbar, Bradenton police said in a news release.
Officers responded to a shooting just before 11:30 p.m. and found a gunshot victim, later identified as Dunbar, outside of a home on the block.

They immediately began first aid on him at the scene.
The teen later died at the hospital early this morning.

Bradenton detectives and the Manatee Homicide Investigative Unit continue to process the scene and collect witness statements, police said.
