Fransen Named County Employee of the Year
Right-of-way inspector has worked for Manatee County since 1982.
The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday presented Mark Fransen, right-of-way inspector for the Public Works Department, with the 2010 Employee of the Year Award and proclaimed Dec. 7 "Mark Fransen Day" in Manatee County.
