Police are on the lookout for a green SUV that had been in the parking lot of La Mirada Gardens complex.
Six-year-old Zykria Richard was struck by a hit-and-run driver in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 1600 block of 55th Ave. Circle East.
Police are on the lookout for a green SUV that had been traveling east in the parking lot of the La Mirada Gardens complex when the accident occurred Friday.
The vehicle hit Zykria's left leg, and she fell to the ground.

The driver did leave his vehicle and carry to girl to an apartment, where he left her. He fled the scene without providing any information about himself.
Investigators did not find any skid marks at the scene and have no other information on the vehicle or the driver.
