Gloria Steinem to Rally in Florida Against Amendment 6

Gloria Steinem is scheduled to speak Oct. 20 at a St. Petersburg rally against Amendment 6, which would make the ban on federal funds for abortions part of the Florida Constitution.

Steinem will be a marquee guest at The Vote Unplugged Rally at Jannus Live in downtown St. Petersburg. She will be joined by Congresswoman Kathy Castor, Rep. Rick Kriseman, and congressional candidate Jessica Ehrlich.

Steinem rose to prominence in the 1970s, after helping to foundf Ms.Magazine and also the National Women's Political Caucus.
