Green Bridge Northbound Lane Temporarily Closed: Bradenton Police

BRADENTON, FL — One of Green Bridge's northbound lanes is temporarily closed for routine maintenance by the Florida Department of Transportation Wednesday from 7 a.m. to noon, the Bradenton Police Department wrote in a Facebook post.

The bridge will be closed between U.S. 41 Business/8th Avenue West from the city of Bradenton to Palmetto, FDOT wrote on its Facebook page.

Delays are likely on the bridge during maintenance and drivers are encouraged to use the DeSoto Bridge, police said. The lane closure isn’t expected to impact southbound traffic.
