Woman Shot In The Face At Bradenton Home: Manatee County Sheriff
Two people were shot at a Bradenton home, including a woman who was shot in the face, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said.
BRADENTON, FL — Two people were shot early Sunday morning at a Bradenton home by a man claiming that he was owed money, authorities said.
Deputies responded to reports of a shooting in the 3100 block of 11th Street Court East around 2:15 a.m., the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
They found a 32-year-old woman had been shot in the face and a 41-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest, the sheriff’s office said. The woman was later listed in stable condition, while the man’s wound was minor and he was released.

The shooter, later identified as 26-year-old Exzavion Richardson, left the home before deputies arrived, investigators said.
He was found in a vehicle several blocks away and detained during a traffic stop.

Witnesses identified Richardson as the man who came to the home looking for someone he claimed owed him money, the sheriff’s office said.
During the altercation, he shot the man first and then the woman, who was also standing outside the home, witnesses told detectives.
Richardson, a nine-time convicted felon, was charged with two counts of attempted murder, home invasion robbery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
