Largest Hotel In Bradenton Area Opening Soon: Marriott
The Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa, which will connect to the Bradenton Area Convention Center, will open this spring.

PALMETTO, FL — The largest hotel in the Bradenton area will open soon in Palmetto, according to a news release from Marriott Bonvoy.
The Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa, which overlooks the Manatee River, will host its ribbon-cutting ceremony May 30 at 9:30 a.m. It was originally set to open at the end of April.
The property offers 252 guest rooms, each 375 square feet with luxury amenities, including two-resort-style pools, according to a news release.

Meanwhile, the Beach Club at Riviera Dunes offers guests an additional lap pool, a beach volleyball court, pickleball courts, and a waterfront area with cabanas and loungers.
The resort also boasts the Revive Pool, Spa and Fitness Center, offering spa treatments and fitness facilities.

Additionally, there’s a 40,000-square-foot outdoor lawn and a state-of-the-art amphitheater, the Yard at South Bay Center.
The resort will connect directly to the Bradenton Area Convention Center, which is undergoing a $48 million renovation and expansion. That project is expected to be completed in 2025.
Both the resort and convention center will offer a combined 140,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
On-site bars and restaurants at the resort include The Social, Oyster River — offering Florida-inspired dishes with a Mediterranean twist — and the M Club executive lounge.
