The Manatee County Sheriff's Office has identified the body of a man found floating in the bay on Saturday. The victim is Bang Quoc Luong, 35, of Pinellas Park, according to the Sheriff's Office. Boaters discovered Luong's body between the tip of Anna Maria Island and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.  The Sheriff's Office was called to the scene and determined there was no evidence of foul play. Deputies are awaiting a toxicology report before determining a cause of death, according to a report from the sheriff's office.
