Manatee County Principal, Assistant Principal Of The Year Named
The School District of Manatee County named its Principal of the Year and Assistant Principal of the Year, officials said.
MANATEE COUNTY, FL — The School District of Manatee County named Kimberlain Zenon of Braden River Middle School the Principal of the Year and Craig Page of Southeast High School as the Assistant Principal of the Year.
Both are eligible for the Florida Department of Education’s Principal and Assistant Principal of the Year programs, according to a news release from the district.
Zenon has led Braden River Middle since 2019. She previously served as an assistant principal at Lee Middle School from 2016 to 2019 and at Braden River from 2012 to 2016.

Before that, she was a science teacher at Braden River Middle from 1996 to 2012, as well as a Renaissance coordinator, the district said.
Page has served as an assistant principal at Southeast for four years. Prior to that, he served as a dean at Braden River High School for two years.

He began his career with the district as a Math and Avid teacher at Braden River High for nine years and he served as a baseball coach for 10 years.
