New Path Academy Opens Thrift Store
Proceeds from the store will benefit students who attend the school.

BRADENTON, FL -- In an effort to help fund its various programs, New Path Academy has opened a thrift store at its main location, 2531 Ninth Ave. W. in Bradenton.
The store, which is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., currently stocks adult and children’s clothing, knickknacks, limited building supplies, commercial cribs, cabinets, sinks and more. Proceeds from the thrift store will benefit the students who attend New Path Academy.
New Path Academy is a non-profit organization that provides high quality educational opportunities for struggling and at-risk students. The academy incorporates leadership development, positive mentorship, innovative learning experiences and community resources in its programs.
The academy also offers a School Readiness program, which strives to help children interact socially and emotionally with peers, siblings and adults; and to perform cognitive, fine and gross motor expected tasks. New Path Academy also features Voluntary Pre-K, After-School and Summer programs, a K-12 private school, teen services and enrichment activities.
New Path Academy has locations in Manatee and Sarasota counties.
