BRADENTON, FL — After more than 20 years, investigators are seeking new tips in the cold-case death of Denisha Williams, the Bradenton Police Department wrote in a Facebook post.

The 41-year-old woman was found dead in her apartment at 1909 5th Street W. on Feb. 28, 2003.
Williams sustained multiple injuries and evidence at the scene indicated that she struggled with her attacker, police said.

“Although her case has remained open for nearly 22 years, we are determined to get justice for Denisha,” the department said.
