Job: Environmental Technician
Location: Palmetto
Salary: $15.00 per hour.
Details: Seeking an Environmental Technician an Environmental Science degree is preferred, a sense of humor is a must. Responsibilities include daily water readings, water analysis, regular reporting, checking function of diesel pumps, working with environmental employees and verifying completion of duties. Must have a knowledge of water qualifications such as turbidity, conductivity and pH. The ability to comprehend an administrative agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, ability to make decisions in critical situations, Microsoft Office skills, valid Florida driver's license. Must have two references and reliable transportation. Drug test and criminal background check required.
