Job: AC/DC Rotating Equipment Mechanic

Details: Looking for an AC/DC Rotating Equipment Mechanic to maintain the high quality of motor repair shop standards in regards to mechanical repairs and rebuilds. Must be highly motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work in a team environment. Must have significant mechanical knowledge and/or experience, including knowledge of dismantling and assembling rotating equipment such as generators, motors, and specialty rotating equipment, must be knowledgeable of bearing types and bearing clearances. Candidate should be safety conscious, proficient in testing equipment and familiar with large and small machining practices. Job: Leasing Agent
Location: Bradenton and Sarasota
Salary: $12.00 per hour.
Details: Short term and long term assignments as a leasing consultant. Applicants must be professional with experience in working in A, B and C type properties, leasing experience also required. The successful candidate will show 20 to 40 units a week in the fast-paced environment. Must be customer service driven and take direction well. Computer skills required. Details: Industry leading machine and instrument company seeks a CNC Programmer with Mill and Lathe experience. The ideal candidate can setup and operate both types of machines, Must have at least three years experience with CNC programming with horizontal lathes, strong experience with manual data input, with MasterCam 3D or other similar technology. Working knowledge of machine shop practices and forming mill principles, ability to edit CNC controls and knowledge of blueprints.
