Job: Purchasing and Estimating Coordinator
Location: Lakewood Ranch
Salary: Up to $40,000 per year based on experience
Details: Hiring a full-time Purchasing and Estimating Coordinator to provide administrative support for a pool company. Strong Excel skills are required and experience in purchasing and permitting processes. Responsibilities include creating start packages for residential pool construction, assisting with pricing and estimating, maintaining suppliers and pricing lists, creating and reviewing all issued purchase orders, researching and resolving field purchasing issues; resolving variance purchase order issues, processing pool permits with county and other regulatory agencies, creating pool closing packages for clients. Job: Maintenance Techs
Location: Bradenton and Sarasota.
Salary: $12-$15/hour.
Details: Property management companies are seeking full time experienced Maintenance Technicians who turn out apartments/condos. Experience in Carpentry, Electric, Painting, Plumbing, Appliance Repair, Punch out lists – work orders. Must have you own tools.
